Cristina Dein was born in 1967 in Germany where she finished her secondary education. She graduated in Law from the University of Coimbra 1993. She also attended Law courses at the University of Konstanz (Germany)
From early on Cristina Dein has been exposed to cross-cultural relations by first-hand experience. This represents a great asset in dealing with foreign clients and in providing international legal advice.
The Lawyer
Cristina Dein joined Jalles Advogados in 1993 as a trainee solicitor after her graduation in Law. In 1996 she was admitted to the Portuguese Bar.
After Isabel Jalles’ death in 2006 Cristina Dein continued the office under her own name. She attends to Portuguese clients but also to a very demanding German-speaking clientele with interests in Portugal as well as to Portuguese clients with interests in German-speaking countries. The particularities of local bureaucracies and /or different social and cultural realities often cause complex legal problems. Addressing and solving these in a pragmatic way is our senior lawyer’s foremost interest.
