An estimate including lawyers’ fees, administrative costs as well as court costs and other public charges is established in advance in coordination with the client and then invoiced.

In Portugal the application of quota-litis is not allowed, neither is the principle “no cure, no pay”. There also is no similarity with the German “RVG“ as far as litigation work is concerned.

Generally, before we start working on a case, an advance deposit is required which is subsequently accounted.
